TASN serves as the framework through which KSDE SETS delivers resources, along with both direct and indirect support, to assist districts statewide in improvement planning and capacity building. For almost 30 years, we have proudly served Kansas schools and families, offering Autism resources Kansas and other invaluable materials.
TASN Autism and Tertiary Behavior Supports Project is funded through a contract with the Kansas State Department of Education's Special Education and Title Services Team. Our lending library is a convenient, free way for educators, family members and community members to access reliable information on Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The Lending Library for Autism Spectrum Disorders
TASN is on an ongoing mission to support Kansas educators, families, and caregivers. Our on-line lending library is a simple, accessible way to borrow high-quality educational materials. With just a quick request, you can access books, periodicals, and specialized resources thoughtfully chosen to help learners having autism. The goal of this resource is to enhance programming for learners with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) by providing easy, equitable access to crucial materials.

Promoting Autism Inclusion Across Communities
We want to champion in equitable literacy opportunities by creating pathways to brighter futures for children with autism.
The agenda is to equip districts with targeted resources and support, KSDE SETS empowers schools to design and implement improvement plans that address gaps in achievement, especially for those with diverse needs.
KSDE SETS is great at building long-term capacity. The support enables educators and administrators to develop skills, adopt evidence-based practices, and foster continuous improvement across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains.
With direct and indirect support, KSDE SETS strengthens collaboration between schools, families, and communities to create a network of shared responsibility that enhances student outcomes and fosters a culture of inclusion and success.
